Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange on all damaged products within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

Earrings are not returnable under any circumstances.

Please contact Zoey By Design by email, (zoeybydesign@comcast.net), within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date of the product. All returned products must be sent back to Zoey By Design within one week of email and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product. The return address will be provided in your return acceptance email response.
